We are seeking an outstanding leader to join our fast-growing team as Head of Operations & Business Development, Nigeria. This role, reporting to the General Manager, Africa, will be responsible for overseeing regulated operations and strategic partnerships in Nigeria.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company’s regulated operations under the Nigerian VASP regulatory framework, guiding internal processes and product enhancements
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager, Africa and key global stakeholders to develop strategies for engaging customers and increasing customer acquisition
- Manage key-account customer relationships
- Manage business relationships and integration initiatives with banks and payment partners
- Forge strategic partnerships in-market to accelerate digital asset adoption and build on Blockchain.com’s existing reputation for excellence
- Create and implement innovative strategies to improve operational standards, shape the business framework, and drive day-to-day execution
- Evaluate customer insights to identify, develop, and execute initiatives to grow revenue and market share
- Support Blockchain.com marketing, community outreach, and operational initiatives in Nigeria.
- Participate in new product and service development, driving product-market fit
- Maintain active dialogue with the digital asset industry and Nigerian business community to understand and meet market needs.
- Manage other responsibilities assigned by the General Manager, Africa.
