As Head of Operations, you will be key in our German market entry, building and managing our operational framework. You’ll optimize supply chain, logistics, and installations, ensuring efficiency and scalability. This role offers a chance to shape our operations and drive our success alongside a dynamic sales team. Join us to make a significant impact on our growth and success.

• Build and manage operations from scratch, focusing on installation, supply chain, logistics, and processes for heat pumps in Germany.
• Develop and implement our operational strategy in Germany to create efficient and scalable operations that support rapid market entry.
• Build a strong team to execute complex installations
• Work closely with the sales team to match operational capabilities with sales targets and facilitate smooth coordination.
• Maintain high standards for the installation of heat pumps, ensuring successful and timely completions.
• Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and adapt strategies if needed.
• Drive the execution of tactical and strategic operational initiatives swiftly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager and top management to develop and execute the operational strategy in Germany.
