• Lead the Fulfillment Team and coordinate operations across drivers, third-party logistics fleets, packers, etc.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high standards.
• Maintain a high punctuality rating and customer delivery rating (both >95% positive) with zero defects.
• Ensure that fulfillment costs are kept within target.
• Hire, onboard, and train team members to meet operational needs.
• Manage the procurement, inventory tracking, and management of packaging supplies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive high-impact team outcomes.
• Work closely with other teams (e.g. Sales, Production, Marketing) to continuously improve processes and support new initiatives.
• Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
