THE ROLE:

Oxfam GB is looking for a new Head of Operations Improvement and Delivery in its International Operations team. The role is responsible for leading and managing the delivery and improvement of key business operations functions (International HR, International Finance, International Supply and Logistics, Contract Risk Support and Programme Systems and Reporting) that support country programmes where Oxfam GB is an ‘Executing Affiliate’ in Africa, Middle East and Asia. The Head of Operations Improvement and Delivery steers and enables consistently high standards of business support in line with Oxfam’s strategy, policy, and local legal and regulatory requirements. The role works collaboratively with various colleagues in Oxfam GB (OGB) and Oxfam International.
