As part of their expansion, they seek a highly motivated and experienced professional to join their team as the Head of Operations in Kuwait (Marketing/PR/Communication Consulting firm).
The Head of Operations will be pivotal in setting up and managing operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Marketing/PR/Communication consulting sector and a deep understanding of the local market. This role requires a proactive individual with strong leadership skills, excellent connections within Kuwait, and the ability to drive business growth.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this job opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior operational role within the Marketing/PR/Communication consulting industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Kuwait, with a strong network of contacts in the region.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to be based in Kuwait and travel as required.
