As Head of Operations, you will oversee and optimize our operational functions, ensuring efficiency and scalability as we grow. You’ll lead problem-solving efforts, manage high-stakes projects, and foster a high-performing team. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment, driving process improvements and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Operational Problem-Solving: 5+ years of relevant experience with proven ability to resolve complex problems and manage crises effectively in agile environments.
• Process Optimization: Experience in building and optimizing scalable processes in fast-paced, high-growth settings. Knowhow of Airtable/ Zendesk Seli s highly preferred.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Team Leadership: Successful track record in leading and developing small, high-performing teams.
• Vendor Management: Extensive experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and external partnerships.

• Operational Leadership: Address operational challenges, manage crises, and streamline processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable, data-driven workflows and automate processes to enhance productivity.
• Project Management: Lead large-scale initiatives with detailed planning, resource management, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of development and continuous improvement.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with business goals.
