As the Group Head of Operations, you will work closely with the directors and be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient functioning of our restaurant locations. Your primary focus will be on maximising operational performance, ensuring consistent quality, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Previous Hospitality experience is a must for this job role. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing day to day operation and people management across all venues, providing consistency and operational support.
  • Management of stock procurement in line with weekly budgets to ensure GP targets are met
  • Review and sign off weekly rotas using Rotaready ensuring venues are managing wage % daily
  • Daily management of clock in/outs to ensure labour costs are controlled
  • Conduct weekly management meetings and work closely with our Operations Manager and venue management team.
  • Overseeing maintenance across the Meraki Restaurant Group and management of maintenance team
  • Fortnightly compliance review at management meetings
  • Overseeing marketing, working closely with venue managers, marketing team and website designers etc
  • Identifying new business development ideas with venue managers to Increase restaurant profitability
  • Management of Just eat and Uber within the restaurants and driving sales
  • Participate in weekly meetings with Directors to provide updates and discuss strategic priorities
  • Feasibility of new systems and procedures and rolling these out

We offer a competitive starting salary of up to £45k comprising of salary plus gratuities, dependant on experience and the option to join the company Pension Scheme.
