QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, projects, and cross-functional collaborations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving operational excellence.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR processes is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring processes are efficient and align with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and procedures to improve productivity and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and operational benchmarks to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
  • Represent the organization in external forums, industry events, and business partnerships, promoting the company’s reputation and interests.
  • Provide strategic input to leadership and support in decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance operational workflows and maintain high standards of performance.
  • Oversee recruitment and HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment through strong leadership and effective communication.
