QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing teams, projects, and cross-functional collaborations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving operational excellence.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of HR processes is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring processes are efficient and align with business objectives.
- Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and procedures to improve productivity and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and operational benchmarks to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
- Represent the organization in external forums, industry events, and business partnerships, promoting the company’s reputation and interests.
- Provide strategic input to leadership and support in decision-making processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments.
- Lead initiatives to enhance operational workflows and maintain high standards of performance.
- Oversee recruitment and HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
