JOB DESCRIPTION: HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Parc Global is a rapidly expanding family-owned business specialising in the supply of cleaning supplies across the UK. With our main hub located in Leeds and a satellite hub in Birtley, Chester-Le-Street, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and continuous improvement in all facets of our operations.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with current management to oversee and enhance our warehouse, goods in and out processes, and transportation operations. Your primary focus will be on optimising efficiency, driving continual improvement initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience at Parc Global. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic oversight and involvement in daily operational activities. Currently this would be working with the customer service and operations team totaling 11 staff, however as the business grows we are expecting Head of Operations to run the recruiting as the team grows.
