Within TRKKN’s conversion optimisation (CRO) services, we offer:

  • A/B testing: Testing different variations of website elements to identify the most effective design for conversions.
  • User experience (UX) optimization: Improving website usability and user journey to enhance conversion rates.
  • Landing page optimization: Creating high-performing landing pages that convert visitors into leads or customers.
  • Site speed: Auditing and optimising client websites for performance, responsiveness and load time.
  • CRO strategy development: Developing and implementing a comprehensive conversion optimization strategy aligned with client goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong experience in conversion optimisation (CRO), delivering successful outcomes for enterprise clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, user experience (UX) principles, and conversion optimisation techniques.
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics and data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for driving business growth through data-driven CRO strategies.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

As the Head of Optimisation, you will play a pivotal role in establishing TRKKN’s conversion rate optimisation (CRO), UX, and personalisation practice in the UK market. You will be responsible for developing a strong go-to-market offering, working closely with technology and agency partners, and delivering on our ambitious growth plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for conversion improvement.
  • Develop a strong go-to-market offering for TRKKN’s capabilities, in line with the latest innovations and partners in the UK market.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive conversion optimization programs aligned with client needs and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as our global TRKKN CRO team, client-side web development and marketing, to ensure successful implementation of CRO initiatives.
  • Track and measure the performance of CRO efforts and report results to clients.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner to clients.
  • Establish and grow our Conversion Optimisation team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest CRO trends, tools, and techniques.
