REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

  • 12+ years’ experience in supply chain related functions (required), preferably within a retailer or manufacturer
  • Thorough knowledge of Demand Planning and the order to cash process, related transactions, policies, guidelines and performance measures
  • Complete understanding of order management processes and associates performance metrics
  • Multi-unit experience in Supply Chain and Logistics functions.
  • Experience with S&OP process
  • Leadership of complex, cross functional projects including setting scope, reaching consensus, successful execution, and presenting results (required)
  • Strong Subject Matter Expertise: Supply Chain, Customer Collaboration, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales & Marketing
  • Strong Business Acumen: Strong analytic and planning skills with ability to develop and report performance metrics. Strong numerical skills and business judgment.
  • Demonstrated team Leadership: Build strong teamwork within and across organization. Exert a “take-charge” ability tempered with willingness to delegate and empower as appropriate.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication: Build strong relationships with the senior leaders of the organization and external suppliers.
  • Strong Strategic Thinking: Align business and order management strategies, identify and apply best practices, solve complex problems under time pressure, take appropriate risks
  • Strong understanding of financials linked to Order-To-Cash process.
  • SAP SD&MM experience is prefered

Responsibilities:

  • Establish Standardized Design and Procedures: Develop clear and consistent guidelines/operating model/playbook for OTC process to ensure all team members are aligned and understand their roles and responsibilities. This will cover the wider cross-functional organization
  • Build Data, Tech and People Capabilities to Operationalize OTC Process: Order management system that offers real-time visibility into inventory levels, order status, and delivery timelines to optimize order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Streamline invoicing , simplify payment processing, strengthen credit risk management and proactive account receivable management. Improve Data sync across systems.
  • Drive Implementation and Track Progress: Collaborate with management teams and cluster functional teams to ensure successful adoption and implementation. Track effectiveness, benefits and record progress. Serve as a functional expert to other team members.
