Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE
P&C Operations is a pivotal team within twoday’s People & Culture. As a vital service to the entire twoday group, this unit underpins the structural basis of all P&C activities, across the Nordics and Lithuania, managing our new HCM system, business processes, personnel cases, collective bargaining, compensation& benefits, and compliance with policies and employment documents.
You will report directly to the Chief People Officer, Katrine Qvant, joining the People & Culture leadership team as a key member.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop the team, fostering strong collaboration within the unit and across other P&C domains, ensuring alignment with the broader organizational goals across the Nordics and Lithuania.
- Contribute to the implementation and adoption of our new HCM system.
- Develop efficient HR processes and improve workflows throughout the entire company
- Spearhead HR initiatives, including the revision of compensation structures and the updating of employment contracts and agreements.
- Monitor essential HR metrics.
- Assess, enhance and align the effectiveness of our benefits programs.
- Ensure our data management and processing align with GDPR standards.
- Design and revise company policies to maintain relevant and effective people strategies.
- Continually seek and implement process improvements within the unit to boost organizational efficiency.
- Enhance our data analytics capabilities to support robust HR reporting and insights.
