• 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience

  Partner Solutions architect team is focused on helping Partners (SI and ISVs) accelerate and deliver on our customer’s technical strategy leveraging solution design best practices, cloud native use cases, and broad set of AWS solutions offered by the partner community.
  AWS ASEAN Partner Sales Solutions Architects team is seeking a manager to coach, grow, and partner with technically skilled, partner facing Solutions Architects in the ASEAN region. This team of Solutions Architects focus on making customers successful through AWS’s and Partner’s solutions. You and your team are responsible for positioning and supporting the utilization of APN Partners.
  You will be a core member of the partner team. In this role, you will need to be technically capable and credible in your own right as well as effective in shaping the customer, partner, and solutions-focused skills of your team. You must enjoy learning and introducing new technology and methods in order to help colleagues, partners, and customers embrace and adopt new technology and methods. Furthermore, thought leadership in terms of of looking beyond the technology and considering the value the customers are looking to gain from the technology and helping how technology is viewed by our customers are important aspects of the role.
  You will help team members ramp-up on AWS as well as develop speaking, writing, presentation, and executive interaction skills.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead a team of partner Solutions Architects who are responsible for the build, enablement, and go-to-market success of their APN Partners.
• Represent AWS and participate in industry and partner events to deliver thought leadership on how AWS builds and enables partners.
• Own the development and execution of the partner enablement and development strategy for ASEAN Public Sector together with the partner development team leaders to meet growth priorities for ASEAN business.
• As the voice of the partner, engage with AWS partner success and partner core team leaders to support the growth of partners.
• Manage and develop multiple c-level relationships across a wide range of key partners within and establish the partner Solutions Architecture team as the single point of contact for enablement activities geo wide.
• Drive efficiencies and operation improvements across the partner management function and be an active voice for change and improvement to the partner core teams.
• Manage the operational cadence of technical business reviews with key partners in ASEAN.
