Job Accountabilities:

  • Project Evaluation and Portfolio Management:
  • Analyze market opportunities, costs, risks, and potential outcomes (revenue, IP, etc.) for incoming and proposed projects.
  • Develop and refine business and project plans with strategic recommendations.
  • Manage project portfolio and budgets, to ensure projects align with strategic goals and resources.
  • Track industry trends, market research and regulatory changes to guide strategic planning and validate business plans.
  • Execution and Implementation:
  • Drive the execution of business and project plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Track milestones, resolve operational challenges, and maintain project timelines to ensure successful outcomes and optimize performance.
  • Manage effective communication of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Coordination of Science and Business Operations:
  • Enable cross-departmental collaboration and manage external partnerships.
  • Address resource needs to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Representation, Relationship Building, and Strategic Contribution:
  • Represent EIT at industry events to enhance brand visibility and build connections.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and business development, including evaluations and insights on project and partner performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Education: A graduate degree in a related field, with a focus on business strategy, execution planning, or similar areas, is highly preferred.
Required Experience: A minimum of 8-12 years in relevant experience in program management, strategic partnerships, business strategy, strategic decision-making, and implementation planning.
Required Field of Expertise: Strong preference for demonstrated industry expertise within healthcare technology or physical and life science sectors.
