Head of Partnerships – Estate Management & Key Accounts
Reporting of the Role
This role reports to Director of Partnerships, Roadside Development & Business Initiativies

Responsibilities:

  • Direct management of two Partnership managers and wider responsibility of four Partnership executives
  • Develop and execute the strategy to build a sustainable and profitable roadside offering (large and small format) across the UK and ensure your portfolio is growing in value
  • Develop business cases, financial models and project plans to support business decisions and investment activity across your portfolio
  • Develop with the commercial teams business plans and monetisation strategies and hold the commercial teams to account to deliver on our financial budgets
  • Continually improve the overall health of our roadside business and build an improved foundation for Global’s continued growth
  • Ensure as many advertising panels are available for sale as possible and mitigate panel losses
  • Ensure we are addressing expired panels and renewing contracts on favourable terms
  • Guide the team on renewals with exisiting asset partners, adhering to agreed commercial parameters whilst leading on key negotiations directly
  • Approval of site terminations, ensuring we have exhausted all options and made every effort to mitigate loss of good sites
  • Approval of payment runs and ensuring they are accurate and authorised on time
  • Responsible for escalations regarding rental and contract disputes, settlement queries and contract negotiations
  • Ensure as a team we provide great customer service to our asset partners and are the first choice of media owner for the market
  • Conduct performance reviews and set development and business goals, holding the team to account for key deliverable sand objectives
  • Hold regular one to ones and review progress
  • Set an example of professional behaviour to the wider Partnership team, developing, coaching and mentoring the less experienced members of the team
