Responsibilities:

THE ROLE AND WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

This incredibly varied role allows the perfect candidate to contribute across multiple business functions at one of the UK’s fastest-growing property platforms. You’ll be working closely with the Managing Director and Company Director to unlock and enable growth, focusing on Nested’s most important operational functions - you will be the driving force behind our ambitious growth plans.
You thrive on challenges and are excited by the prospect of taking Nested from 70 partner agents to 200+, without compromising on quality. You’ll be focused on unlocking barriers across the business, providing solutions that help various functions including marketing, product and finance, to succeed. This role is perfect for those who excel in a fast-paced environment and can balance long-term strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Agent Acquisition: Manage the entire agent acquisition process including sourcing potential agents and overseeing the contract and compliance processes for new agents
Training and Onboarding: Train and onboard new agents joining the Nested platform, covering technology, processes and best practices across various agency-related areas such as lead generation, valuing, pitching and vendor management
KPI/P&L Management: Maintain dashboards, spreadsheets and KPI reporting for key metrics/budgets across the business
Supplier Relationships: Own and develop relationships with Nested’s 3rd-party software suppliers ensuring the needs of the business and its agents are met.
