Description:
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our team as Head of People and Organisational Development.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation to achieve its vision and future goals. You will provide strategic leadership and direction for the People and Organisational Development functions by developing ways to enhance staff engagement, drive organisational change, promote and implement Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategies, and support overall growth and development.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Educated to degree level in Human Resources or Organisational Development or a related field.
- Leadership development and/or Master’s degree in a specific related area is desirable.
- Chartered Member CIPD or equivalent qualification is desirable.
- Proven track record of leading strategic HR and organisational development initiatives.
- Experience in workforce planning and talent management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Knowledge of employment law and its application in large organisations.
- Collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
- Strong commitment to a performance culture and accountability.
- Ability to engender trust, confidence, and credibility.
- Experience working with Trade Unions is desirable.
- Flexible in working pattern to fulfil commitments with the ability to travel around Tricuro services as required.
