We are looking for an experienced and results-driven People & Culture professional with a proven record in supporting teams within complex, fast-growing organizations. You can translate strategy into actionable initiatives, have strong project management skills, and are passionate about team development. Additionally, you have:
- Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner in complex, high-growth, international environments.
- Expertise in metrics, performance indicators, and collaboration across dispersed teams.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to develop innovative solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Organizational Development; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the COO, the Head of People & Culture holds responsibility for People & Culture functions across Europe. In this role, you will provide strategic direction on talent management, career and rewards programs, governance and compliance, and organizational culture. You’ll play a crucial role in fostering a high-performance culture and leadership at all levels while supporting employee growth and well-being.
With a team of seven professionals, you’ll work closely with senior leadership to achieve business objectives by driving key talent initiatives and leadership programs. You will develop strategies to improve talent retention and rewards, ensure efficient and scalable HR processes, and advise on matters across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, and workforce strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coach the HR & Culture team.
- Partner with senior leaders to execute talent initiatives that align with hiring and development needs.
- Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and change management.
- Develop and implement leadership and development programs tailored to team needs.
- Act as a strategic advisor on HR issues, driving performance, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
- Provide metrics-driven consultation to coach and influence leadership on people and performance trends.
- Ensure efficiency and scalability of People & Culture practices to enable smooth business operations.
REGIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a local point of contact for recruitment and employee matters within the region.
- Proactively guide and address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions in the region.
- Collaborate with Compliance to identify and address areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans as needed.
