Mitie is a leading facilities management company, and we are expanding our Immigration & Justice sector. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of People to lead our people strategy and support our ambitious growth plans.
As the Head of People for the Immigration & Justice sector, you will report to the Chief People Officer and have a dotted line to the People Director of the Communities Division. You will partner with the Managing Director of Immigration & Justice to cultivate a transparent, high-performing culture. This is a critical role for Mitie as we expand our Immigration & Justice sector.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Recent experience in a senior HR role within the Immigration and/or Justice sectors is preferable. You should have a strong track record in managing and driving HR strategy in a fast-paced, complex environment, and comprehensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner. A commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions is essential, as is the ability to provide accurate and timely people insights. Experience in project management and knowledge of TUPE regulations are also required. Strong presentation and communication skills, along with excellent personal organisation skills, are necessary for this role.
