We are now looking for a People Head for Customer Unit / Sales Teams Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, and Iraq who will report to Head of People Market Area Middle East & Africa (MMEA). This position will be based in Riyadh.
You will lead the People strategy for the Customer Units and advise on a wide range of both strategic and day-to-day human resources matters by partnering with the leadership team. This impactful role gives you the opportunity to be part of a high-performing, dynamic team.

THE SKILLS YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Saudi national
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people.
  • Effective team player
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Action-oriented, with a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency when taking on new opportunities and challenges.
  • Proven ability to connect with people at various levels, build trust, handle conflict resolution, and influence throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a meaningful people strategy, addressing Customer Units’ business needs in alignment with Market Area People strategy and Priorities.
  • Guide leaders in adhering to our values, purpose, and philosophies for a positive employee experience, based on employee engagement survey results.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to senior leaders and managers.
  • Collaborate with SMEs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Total Rewards, and People Analytics) to create and execute resource, learning, and talent plans for supported units.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive succession plan for talent across Customer Units, ensuring top talent fills vacancies.
  • Achieve localization and diversity targets for the Customer Units.
  • Foster a strong performance culture through clear expectations and effective performance management.
  • Drive the implementation of People policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
  • Represent Ericsson at external events and with industry groups when needed.
