About the role
We are looking for an internationally experienced and visionary Head of People Operations to lead our people operations in Tietoevry Care’s Health Suite unit. This role is essential in driving the strategic objectives of our unit, ensuring the success and satisfaction of our employees, and fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence. In this role you will be a member of our business unit’s leadership team.
You will be leading our people operations, ensuring they align with our company’s values and objectives and empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals, enabling professional growth and wellbeing. You will provide leadership and direction through a diverse team of people managers, who are responsible for the overall employee experience of our employees from recruitment to recognition and have altogether 500 employees globally in their line organizations. While leading our people managers, you will be responsible for the long- and short-term results within the people operations area. In addition, you have an internationally oriented and global mindset as you’ll build an environment that supports cooperation and cohesiveness among work teams and across other areas of the organization including collaboration across our locations globally.

We are looking for someone with

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within People Operations or a similar field
  • Strategic thinking and planning abilities with a track record of contributing to company-wide objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Finnish and English
  • Strong drive combined with a proactive way of working to improve quality, efficiency, and consistency
  • Ability to drive changes, improvements, and measures
  • Ability to create conditions for a strong operating culture with positive attitudes, values, goals and behavior
