We are seeking a dynamic, yet detailed and visionary leader to take on the role of Head of People Services for Australia and New Zealand. This is more than just a role; it’s an opportunity to evolve how people processes and reward strategies come to life in our organization.
As the Head of People Services and Reward, you’ll be the driving force behind the seamless integration of payroll, HR administration, reporting, technology and reward. You’ll set the strategic vision for the People Services function, guiding and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service that elevates our business operations.

To craft and integrate innovative strategies and approaches to maximise people data, processes, technology and reward initiatives that are perfectly tailored to the unique market conditions of Australia and New Zealand. Leading a team of professionals, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our people services function are not just relevant but also highly competitive, attracting and retaining top talent across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the People Services function across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Develop and implement innovative reward strategies that align with our market conditions.
  • Leverage your deep knowledge of data integrity in SAP/Success Factors to inform it’s evolution to enhance and empower people leaders with the right people data.
  • Optimize the integration of payroll, HR administration, reporting, and technology for maximum efficiency.
  • Manage in partnership with Group Payroll Manager the efficient and effective running of the payroll function, including the completion of continuous improvement initiatives required to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations.
  • Manages the implementation and integration of the annual salary review process across Australia and New Zealand
  • Develops and manages the Short Term Bonus Plan(s) and Sales Incentive Plans, including overseeing the administration of them by the Reporting Specialis
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, ensuring a top-notch experience for all employees.

About You

  • 10+ Proven experience in People Services + Compensation and Benefits at a management level
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications
  • Experience working with SAP / Success Factors (advantageous but not a deal breaker)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management (essential)
