Job Description
We are on a journey to create the best people organization in the industry, and we are looking for a key individual to help make that vision a reality. We are now seeking a senior HR leader with solid experience from leading cross-functional HR specialist teams - someone who is visionary, collaborative, innovative, and unafraid to challenge the status quo. Join us as the Head of People - Specialist Partnering!
As the Head of People for Specialist Partnering, you will oversee the global strategy to elevate the HR Specialist Partner function, ensuring it aligns with our business priorities. This role involves developing solutions for business challenges, executing People Lifecycle activities, and driving strategic planning and alignment. You will collaborate closely with senior HR leaders and Function Heads worldwide, leading both leaders and high-performing specialists, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Your goal will be to ensure the successful delivery of relevant outcomes across all functions globally.
This is a unique opportunity to develop a new function in a global organization with a strong position in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on the execution of HR specialist work according to global business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with the Heads of People, People Managers, and other People leaders to ensure alignment of goals, priorities, resources, and people outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of specialist partners and managers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies within the specialist area, aligning them with overall HR and organizational strategies.
Qualifications
We believe you bring a strategic and commercial mindset, paired with a passion for HR and business. Your ability to engage stakeholders and drive business results is proven, and your operational strength complements your strategic vision.
Our journey will lead to something new and exciting—we will test, fail, and learn. You will be an important player in this continued transformation. Therefore, we believe you are flexible, stress-resistant, and able to work in an environment that is still developing.
You are a visionary leader who fosters a culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. You empower others to learn, grow, and celebrate both success and failure. Focused on value creation and growth, you coach your team to lead, collaborate, and deliver exceptional results with full ownership and accountability.
