- You’re a natural leader, with the ability to create followship, taking people on the journey with you.
- You eat, sleep and love Organisational Development!
- Finally - You have have achieved something exceptional in any walk of life: academically, culturally, learning, sports, in the workplace or however you define as exceptional

Responsibilities:
Your primary role will be to support the successful delivery of the strategic people strategy, creating a workplace that their people love! Here is a snapshot of what you will be responsible for:
- People Operations - Create the entire function from scratch!
- Talent Management - Succession planning, talent mapping……Everything talent - Talent is key to ensure that this business succeeds!
- Onboarding - Develop and embed an exceptional onboarding, ensuring that everyone receives and exceptional experience, those successful and those that are not!
- Recruitment - Own and devise an exceptional recruitment strategy that will effectively support the business growth plans, ensuring standards are maintained. You will be hands-on - sourcing, interviewing and managing the entire onboarding process.
- Learning & Development - Our client wants to become a world class leader in development. Creating a hunger to learn whilst empowering individuals to take ownership of their opportunity to succeed and grow. You will need to ensure the team has access to relevant opportunities at all points. Identify learning opportunities and provide solutions
- Owning the office space - This business is an office-first company and wants to create a high performing environment that supports people to be at their best.
- Communication - Ensuring access to information for everyone & core visibility across the business - everyone should have key data & information at their fingertips to power decisions
- Team Building events & incentives - Organising team activities & curate cross team connection
