Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will lead our growth efforts in both learner acquisition and revenue generation, combining the strategic oversight of marketing with a deep focus on performance and admissions. This role requires a dynamic leader who can bridge the gap between marketing and sales, ensuring that all activities are aligned towards driving growth across all learner acquisition channels.
You will oversee our B2C and B2B marketing strategies, driving admissions growth through innovative marketing campaigns, performance analytics, and optimisation of the full user journey from lead generation to enrolment.
As part of the senior management team, you will also be instrumental in shaping the organisational culture and contributing to strategic decisions that impact the company’s growth trajectory.
