About the job

Your main duties will include:

  • Commercial Responsibility for Performance Marketing, driving online and offline profitable sales while supporting long-term brand building efforts. Great understanding of numbers and opportunities, ability to explain performance of digital channels to anyone.
  • Management of all Performance Marketing channels and tactics, including search engine advertising, paid social, display, affiliate marketing, and 3rd Party Online performance marketing, such as Zalando.
  • Stakeholder management across the organization, from Brand Management to IT. Maintaining a network of relationships internally between the markets and Brand Management.
  • Innovation and growth within Digital Commerce with a test-and-learn mindset to seize opportunities presented by the revolving tech and social space.
  • Leadership which inspires and makes teams successful, while defining the right set-up for long-term growth.
  • Unlocking value creation from automation, AI powered tools and strategic partnerships.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Strong digital marketing knowledge of paid search, SEO, paid social, display, affiliate marketing, and emerging channels; experience in leading agencies and partners.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting, working with analytics and automation at scale
  • Experience with commercial planning to support defining Performance Marketing goals and achieving commercial targets on different channels.
  • A data first mindset with strong analytical and experimentation skills, working with Multi-Touch-Attribution models.
  • Proven experience in team leadership with the ability to structure teams, ability to attract and retain great people.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including experience collaborating with stakeholders from various departments, geographies, and levels of organizational hierarchy.
  • Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills.
