EDUCATION & SKILLS
- Higher technical education (MSc or PhD in either, physics, chemistry, ceramics, material science, process engineering (or similar course of studies))
- Solid leadership and management skills
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Several of experience in a technical and leadership function, ideally in the Refractory business or in the field of Ceramics applications
Responsibilities:
IN ADDITION, YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE
- Developing tools and solutions to translate company strategy into a portfolio of innovation initiatives and projects
- Managing interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Identifying strategic partners and collaborations to accelerate project execution
- Coordinating interfaces within the scope of already established collaborations
- Overseeing funding activities in collaboration with the Innovation Management team
