Within the EMEA R&D organisation, we are looking for our new Head of PMO EMEA to ensure the overall management of the R&D PMO organisation, assure the adequate project steering and control and to meet the agreed project goals.

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the project delivery and project results within responsible areas against KPIs
- Assure that the project managers are driving the projects towards meeting the projects goals
- Work with project teams to develop alternative paths to meeting the goals when needed, while focusing on driving the projects and reporting
- Provide mentoring and coaching for regional PjMs as needed
- Maintain regional PjM team collaboration infrastructure (e.g. IMS, Intranet sites, MOMs, actions log, etc.)
- Ensure project portfolio maintenance (PMO related, Sciforma is current and accurate)
- Deliver development projects according to P-gate commitments
- Implement R&D process tailoring for projects when necessary
- Establish and operate the regional PjM process work groups to develop and share PjM best practices
- Maintain harmonized and documented project management process for SW and Devices
- Assure adequate process steering and project control (core teams and steering groups in place for each project)
- Establish and maintain monthly project dashboard with key KPIs and project summary overview
- Provide weekly status reports for CTO leadership team for all red projects without approved mitigations plans
- Orchestrate the regional portfolio planning and budgeting process for R&D
- Provide project analytics for decision support
- Manage the regional PMO cost center budget and absorption
- Support preparation work for the monthly regional meetings and business reviews
