Job Purpose: As the Head of Project Management Office (PMO), you will lead and setup the strategic direction and execution of customer project management activities across the globe. You will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring that all initiatives align with our strategic objectives. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing complex project portfolios, developing standardized processes, and mentoring a team of project managers to deliver excellence across all projects.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven track record in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supply chain leadership, particularly in managing internal resources, ensuring smooth collaboration between departments, and optimizing the flow of information and materials and resource allocation.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable project plans.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on risk management and issue resolution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position within a PMO.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale, complex projects across the globe.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is required.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
