As the Head of Portfolio Management R&D, you will guide a small team of highly skilled portfolio managers and analysts while engaging the broader portfolio community, sub-portfolio owners and managers to get the job done.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
  • Experience with management of complex portfolios in large global project organizations
  • Project management experience in large global project organizations is desirable
  • Formal training and certification (e.g. Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP), Project Management Professional (MPM)) is desirable

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee budgets, schedules and progress across all sub-portfolios to ensure we are on track to meet our strategic goals
  • Facilitate the overall portfolio governance to oversee changes and facilitate rebalancing of sub-portfolios to secure the right balance between risk, timeline, budgets, and resources
  • Ensure clear and transparent communication regarding decisions and status of the portfolio within the portfolio community, among stakeholders, and to management
  • Support sub-portfolio owners and managers with analysis of their portfolio performance
  • Exemplify and promote portfolio management best practices, culture and behaviour across the organization.
