SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a senior role focussing on strategy development, execution & process improvements
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join this high-impact strategic role to support, maintain and continuously improve the Dulux Paints and Coatings pricing infrastructure. You will have sound leadership and analytical capabilities with the ability to influence at all levels of the business with confidence and credibility.
You will maintain the integrity of pricing across the business units and establish effective training processes. You are directly involved in the future of the pricing functionality and the setting of new guidelines and benchmarks across all businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
Leading a team of three, this role has a large impact on the commercial results for the Paints & Coatings business unit. You will be working with key senior stakeholders daily, succinctly providing key insights and information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintenance and integrity of pricing across the business unit. The role also requires effective pricing processes and training be established and maintained.
  • Direct involvement in the future of the pricing functionality and the setting of new guidelines and benchmarks across all businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Creating simple guidelines to complex problems to enable compliance, and influencing businesses and their general managers to implement
  • Work across diverse sales channels understanding multiple dynamics to improves processes
