Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the user experience for our product group, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other designers in your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Define design requirements and develop product roadmaps in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Create prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs to ensure our applications meet specifications.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our platform and rolling out design practices and processes where they didn’t exist before.
  • Manage the performance, workload, and career development of your design team, fostering a passionate and thriving environment.
