Responsibilities:
- Identify and Prioritize Target Segments: Collaborate with our Data and SDR/Sales/Account management teams to iterate on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and prioritize target segments and geographies
- Craft Compelling Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and resonant positioning and messaging that addresses the needs of our target customers. Continuously iterate on messaging through A/B testing to optimize conversion across our sales segments .
- Create Sales Enablement Content: Produce high-quality sales enablement, starting with our pitch deck, materials tailored to different customer segments and geographies. This includes battlecards, case studies, best practice articles, email sequences, scripts, and more.
- Align different stakeholders to ensure that our product evolves toward what resonates with our customers - including Product, Supply (our tutors), and Methodology teams
- Iterate on key aspects of our offering, such as Pricing, in close collaboration with the revenue operation team, and Packaging.
- Analyze and Iterate: Capture insights on why leads are not converting and leverage this information to refine ICP and Buyer Persona definition
- Stay Competitive: Keep abreast of developments in the language learning industry and B2B SaaS best practices to ensure Preply remains competitive in the market.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Product teams to maximize the volume of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and incremental Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
