Description:

STORY TELLING & VALUE PROPOSITION:

  • Build a vision for client narratives and value propositions by having a keen understanding of each client segment and their needs, and partner closely with Sales and Client Success implementation to understand and represent the voice of the client in the feedback loop to product development. Work cross-functionally with product, solution development, innovation, and sales to unify the market narrative, and amplify our strategy.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Significant experience driving go-to-market strategy with strong emphasis on value proposition design and enablement in the services industry
  • 5+ years experience in managing a team
  • Deep understanding of the RPO client segments and personas
  • An outstanding ability to articulate business value and capture the client perspective
  • A roll up your sleeves mentality and exceptional collaboration skills
  • The ability to lead a large, decentralized group of cross functional partners from complex and ambiguous situations to clarity and focus
  • The ability to absorb large amounts of information, simplify and distil key themes into actionable plans, and simplify and effectively communicate to a wide cross-functional audience
  • A get-things-done attitude even when all the information is not available, you find a way to deliver the results and can proactively manage the barriers with limited support
  • The ability to articulate a concept and have people want to join the journey because of your passion and inclusive collaborative approach
  • Agile thinking – the ability to analyse data, test the approach, validate and then double down on an iterated approach

This exciting newly created role will report to the Managing Director of Global Marketing and will be pivotal to driving market growth. We are looking for a tenacious, high-energy leader that understands the market landscape, client business challenges and can position AMS as a market leader. You will work with multiple stakeholders to define market positioning and GTM materials which will lead with business value and outcomes. Managing and developing the GTM which is inclusive of client segmentation, value proposition and validation, packaging sales enablement materials (working with the head of enablement), working with the analyst team to elevate AMS market and competitive position, launch a client advisory council, establish a marquee customer list of referenceable clients, scope and develop partner product positioning to drive lead generation and revenue.
