Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision and Roadmapping: Develop and execute a forward-looking product vision and roadmap for B2B solutions, ensuring alignment with Property Finder’s strategic goals and anticipating the technical needs of the market.
- Client-Centric Innovation: Lead initiatives to build products that empower clients to manage their businesses more effectively, deliver better results, and enhance their market presence.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, sales, and customer success teams to deliver impactful technical solutions that address real-world challenges faced by clients.
- Product Accountability: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of technical B2B products, ensuring their relevance, reliability, and scalability to meet client and market needs.
- Market Efficiency: Build solutions that improve transparency, operational efficiency, and connectivity across the real estate ecosystem.
- Objective Setting and Execution: Partner with the VP to establish clear OKRs and translate them into actionable, measurable goals for the B2B product team.
- Quality Assurance and Release Management: Ensure the excellence of technical product releases, managing testing, client enablement, and alignment across internal teams.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead go-to-market strategies for technical products, collaborating with Product Ops, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to drive adoption and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Innovation and Scalability: Implement innovative practices to improve development efficiency, scalability, and long-term product sustainability.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize client feedback, performance data, and experimentation to guide product enhancements and optimize features for maximum value.
- Leadership and Development: Foster a high-performing team by instilling Property Finder’s leadership principles, driving a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
