Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with complementary software tools and technologies, including AI.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration of partner solutions with Efficy’s products, ensuring smooth technical and operational collaboration.
- Marketplace Expansion: Develop and manage Efficy’s marketplace strategy (across all our products suite), expanding our offerings through valuable partner integrations.
- Business Development: Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and continually seek ways to enhance mutual value.
- Collaboration with CPTO: Work closely with the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO) to align partnership strategies with product development and innovation.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote partner integrations and joint solutions effectively.
- Customer Success: Ensure partner-integrated solutions meet customer needs and drive satisfaction.
