Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

Our Product team is growing! We’re looking for a highly experienced Head of Product to join our team in the UK as we continue to scale.
This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead our Product Management team, taking responsibility for defining and implementing our product strategy, taking a data-led approach to driving innovation and optimising our product delivery as we continue to grow.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap, prioritising features aligned with our business goals, and expanding our presence across multi-territories and multi-verticals. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, driving innovation and growth in a high-transactional volume growth business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and own the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to define product priorities, gain alignment on key initiatives, and communicate progress against goals.
  • Oversee the development and execution of A/B testing frameworks and other data-driven methodologies to continuously optimise product performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Leverage advanced product analytics and business intelligence tools to monitor product performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that support strategic objectives.
  • Develop and enhance platform capabilities, including the CMS, with a strong focus on usability and efficiency for SEO Products.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to drive top-of-funnel growth, optimise user acquisition and retention, and enhance monetisation strategies, particularly in high-growth markets like online gambling and affiliate marketing.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers.
  • Lead market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities. Integrate insights into the product strategy to drive differentiation and competitive advantage.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements, particularly in key markets (UK and US).
