Want to join the growth-journey for a leading HR-tech company? We are now looking for a Head of Product for our new HRM solution.
Simployer recently acquired AlexisHR, a leading HR platform founded in Sweden, that is transforming how small and medium enterprises manage their people processes. Combining AlexisHR with the existing suite of offerings from the Simployer group, such as &frankly and Simployer Expert, allows us to offer a modern AI-empowered HR system backed by a robust and experienced team. The aim: to create a unicorn in the HR tech space.
As Head of Product, you’ll have the unique opportunity to define, drive, and elevate our HRM product strategy and vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Lead the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap for the HRM platform, aligning it with company-wide objectives
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that all decisions are driven by a deep understanding of customer needs and behavior.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends, customer needs, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape, assessing their potential impact on product strategy and business objectives.
  • Represent your domain in product-related discussions, partnerships, and customer engagements internally and externally.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and analytics, to deliver high-quality products
