We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Product to lead our product development efforts. This role requires a deep passion for fashion and a strong background in AI/ML-driven product management. The Head of Product will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing the product roadmap while ensuring that all deliverables are met on time. Additionally, this role involves working closely with partners to understand their needs, help shape our product, and seamlessly integrate our technology into their ecosystems.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA or advanced degree in AI/ML is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with AI/ML-driven products.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling products within the fashion, e-commerce, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in creating personalized, data-driven user experiences.
  • A deep passion for fashion and a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a history of delivering complex products on time and within scope.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with partners to integrate technology solutions into their ecosystems.
  • Must be located in Los Angeles or New York.

  • Product Roadmap Development: Lead the creation and continuous refinement of the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with SpreeAI’s vision and strategic goals.
  • On-time Delivery: Manage product timelines and ensure that all milestones are met, coordinating cross-functional teams to address potential delays proactively.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with key partners to understand their needs and ensure that SpreeAI’s technology integrates seamlessly into their ecosystems, adding value to both parties.
  • AI/ML Integration: Drive the application of AI/ML technologies within SpreeAI’s product to enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, operations, and design teams to bring innovative product features to life, ensuring smooth execution from concept to launch.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Advocate for a partner/consumer-first mindset across all product development efforts, incorporating user feedback to continuously improve and tailor our solutions.
  • Market Analysis & Trends: Stay informed about industry trends in fashion and technology, using this knowledge to inform product strategy and ensure SpreeAI stays ahead of the curve.
  • Success Metrics & Iteration: Define, monitor, and analyze key success metrics for product initiatives, using data-driven insights to iterate and optimize product features.
