QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • An academic degree in Business Administration, Design, IT, Engineering, or similar.
  • 10+ years of advanced experience with driving user-centric product development in an agile setting combined with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in development (clinical and/or clinical operations) business knowledge/insights and navigating a global organization.
  • Essential experience in leading multiple complex products and managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate closely with assigned Business Owner(s) to co-create and communicate a compelling product line strategy aligned with the overall StudyHub vision
  • Directly manage and mentor multiple teams of Product Owners, establishing clear objectives, vision, and fostering their professional development.
  • Develop a viable product that addresses key business pain points, generates actionable insights, drives adoption, and creates significant business value. This involves navigating business processes, understanding data and data science, leveraging technology, and ensuring a deep user experience.
  • Effectively manage a diverse stakeholder group across global and country affiliates, negotiating with both business and technical stakeholders, while coaching and mentoring peers to navigate a complex stakeholder landscape and regulatory constraints.
  • Dynamically allocate resources and ensure that product investments align with strategic priorities within the product line.
  • Oversee department and product line budgets, strategically allocating resources and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
  • Maintain consistent application of product design principles across the product line to deliver intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user experiences and reinforce brand identity
