Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Product to oversee our product strategy across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in iGaming (Poker and Casino) and/or crypto, with a proven track record of driving product innovation and growth. You’ll work closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders in setting the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for each of our internal brands, ensuring alignment with our company’s goals.

HEAD OF PRODUCT ROLE FOR A WEB3 INCUBATOR
Our client, a leading Web3 incubator, specialises in building and delivering a diverse portfolio of brands at the forefront of iGaming, crypto and web3 technologies. As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy across the entire group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives. Ensure all product efforts are strategically sound, data-driven, and user-centric.
- Product Roadmap Management: Oversee the execution of product roadmaps for each brand, ensuring that all roadmaps are moving forward on schedule and within budget.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of product managers and product owners, providing guidance and support to ensure effective day-to-day management of features and releases.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with the senior stakeholders, including marketing, engineering, design, and operations, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact between the product teams and the CEO, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in product development and create mitigation strategies to ensure successful product launches and ongoing enhancements.
