As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Product to join our Mobility team.
What You’ll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
In this newly created, senior leadership position, you’ll lead a team of Product Owners to develop and implement product strategies and initiatives to grow the profitability of the NZAA Mobility product portfolio (excluding Roadservice), ensuring sustainable value and relevance to members and customers.
You’ll focus on building strong cross-functional relationships across Mobility and the wider NZAA senior leadership team, in particular with the Strategy, CX, Partnerships, and Membership & Marketing teams and use these relationships to help develop and drive the Mobility product portfolio strategy.
About You | Mōu
You’re extensive experience at a Senior Management level in a comparable large and complex environment will be key to your success in this position.

To thrive in this role, you’ll also have demonstrable experience in the following areas:

  • People leadership, including the development of others and cultivation of innovation.
  • Significant product/brand management expertise.
  • Ability use business insight to drive results.
  • Ability to build cross functional relationships and influence decision making.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Planning, organisation coupled with the ability to delegate.
  • Market Research and analytical skills.
  • Information technology skills including applied logical.
  • Stakeholder management.
