The Head of Production - LATAM North for AMMEGA LATAM North will be a pivotal role in driving operational growth and meeting production objectives through effective planning in areas such as production, purchasing, and logistics. This role demands a focus on implementing continuous improvement processes and ensuring compliance with relevant standards while formulating productivity strategies and managing resources efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

Educational Background: Industrial engineering or a related field, preferably with a Master’s degree.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a National Operations Manager.
Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish is essential.
Team Management: Proven ability to manage work teams at a national level.
Certifications: Continuous improvement certifications such as Six Sigma, Black Belt, etc.

Responsibilities:

Production and External Services Planning: Oversee and optimize the planning of production activities and external services to ensure seamless operations.
Purchasing Planning: Develop and manage purchasing plans to secure necessary materials and resources cost-effectively.
Logistics Planning: Ensure efficient logistics planning to streamline the supply chain and distribution processes.
Safety, Health, and Environment (SH&E): Implement and maintain SH&E standards to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
Maintenance and Equipment Planning: Plan and manage the maintenance of equipment to ensure operational reliability and efficiency.
Merger and Integration Process: Lead the merger and integration of group companies to achieve synergy and operational excellence.
Visits to Workshops: Conduct regular visits to workshops across Mexico to oversee operations and ensure adherence to standards.
