Description:
This role will lead our internal film team, 33RED Films, delivering a seamless service to our clients globally. Managing the production of content on time, on budget and with a practical and commercial approach, while maintaining the high creative standards we are famous for across everything we produce.
We are seeking an unflappable leader, with a proven track record at a medium/large creative agency who can seamlessly integrate 33RED with the wider agency (and the budgets and expectations different clients bring). You’ll collaborate with internal and external teams, look after daily operations, meet your commercial targets, drive pipeline growth and help your team grow. The ideal person will have extensive experience in delivering a variety of outputs, including TVCs, branded content, animation and stills.
Key responsibilities include managing projects from beginning to end, coordinating the team and bringing a wealth of production expertise to make sure creative standards are as we expect. You will support a team of producers, directors, editors, and motion designers as they turn briefs into reality, across a range of budgets and complexities. Strong organisational skills are essential to handle constantly moving briefs, timeframes and client priorities.
This is an opportunity to build on our great brand and reputation to enhance our offering to clients, the wider agency, our awards cabinet and the team.
Key Requirements
- Identify opportunities with existing clients and help convert them into projects; ultimately increasing revenue and profit for the department and the agency.
- Develop and refine internal processes, including project tracking, budgeting, shoot production workflows, financial transparency, asset management, and project archiving.
- Serve as the trusted link between 33RED Films and the wider agency teams, including Creative, Social, Client Services, Digital, and Media.
- Scope projects during brief or pitch stages and offer your expertise in terms of creativity and delivery
- Ensure we always deliver to the highest standards across all briefs.
- Support the team throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
- Implement productivity and financial processes, reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team.
