SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 10 years of experience in product management roles within asset management or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• Professional certifications related to ESG or sustainable finance (e.g., SASB, GRI) are advantageous.
• In-depth understanding of ESG factors and their application in investment products.

• Develop and manage a suite of investment products in line with the company strategy to meet investors’ demand.
• Delivery of internal approvals, scheme documents, and regulatory approvals including host regulators.
• Collaborate with investment teams to integrate ESG factors into product design and strategy when required.
• Launch innovative products that meet investor demand across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain registration of investment products in host jurisdiction for marketing purposes for global accounts and dealing platforms
• Engage with investors, regulators, and internal teams to ensure successful structuring, establishment and launching of investment products.
• Work closely with the legal counsels and regulators across all jurisdictions to ensure the highest standards of industry best practice
• Gather feedback to continuously refine product offerings.
• Represent the bank at industry forums and ESG conferences.
• Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices across all relevant jurisdictions.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of ESG reports and disclosures.
• Complete UN PRI annual reporting within the defined timeline and ensure good standing with PRI
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes affecting products.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product development.
• Develop strategies to position Asset Management as a leader in providing investment solutions across various asset classes.
• Lead a team of product managers and ESG specialists, setting clear goals and expectations.
• Foster an environment of learning and adaptation to new ESG trends and technologies.
• Ensure the team’s expertise aligns with industry advancements.
