Description:

The post holder will: be required to maintain constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. participate in relevant internal and external working groups/projects, services and initiatives to provide, information and analytical advice to strategic leads. work with members of the Team to develop and implement project data collection systems that will provide accurate and timely data. communicate information and issues, including briefings and reports, to manager, strategic lead/ strategic manager as appropriate.
ensure effective engagement and communication with all relevant stakeholders both internal (such as clinical and non-clinical) and external (such as people participation, partner providers and suppliers, elected members). The post holder will use extensive programme management skills, a strong background knowledge and experience of delivering or directing health and/or care services in the community. They will need to be skilled in the analysis and interpretation of highly complex information and the ability to translate strategic information to operational deliverables, linked to the delivery of this transformation programme
