Your Tasks

• You build, lead, and develop a team of project application engineers
• You have the responsibility to generate solutions for customer project-specific adaptations of our standard PEM electrolyzer products for large industrial process plants, engineer these solutions, create the corresponding documentation, and resolve deviations
• You are responsible for creating technical deliverables in conceptual and FEED studies
• You support our customers jointly with sales experts in various ways, proposing solutions to their needs and clarifying technical questions
• You have the responsibility for solving queries with our technical and sales experts and adapting the proposed solutions accordingly
• You represent the technical proposal to all stakeholders and highlight opportunities and risks
• You foster a high-performance culture and a motivating working environment

Your Profile

• You have a degree in process, electric, or automation engineering or a comparable background
• You have several years of experience with large industrial process plants in plant design and planning/executing EPC projects
• You have people and project leadership experience
• Work experience with PEM-electrolyzers is highly requested. Otherwise, work experience with other industrial electrochemical process plants could be accepted
• You have a self-dependent, systematic, and structured working style, with a high degree of self-reliance and a sense of responsibility
• You possess cross-cultural competence, are a good communicator, and a team player
• Your level of English and German is fluent
