Your tasks

• Analysis and evaluation of incoming project orders based on the strategic guidelines of senior management, the planned budget as well as available staff resources (project portfolio management)
• Development and maintenance of project plans
• Definition of milestones/project stages as well as control and coordination of project implementation
• Assignment of project tasks to subordinate project controllers/managers/leaders
• Management of project monitoring, controlling, and tracking in cooperation with subordinate project managers
• Documentation of project progress and reporting to management

What you will need

• Completed technical training and experience or further training in project management
• Professional experience in the telecommunications, carrier, or IT industry, ideally already in a project portfolio environment
• Experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment
• Solution-oriented and strong implementation skills and strong assertiveness
• Strong presentation and communication skills on all levels up to the executive board
• Fluent in German and English
