Responsibilities:

  • Overall process ownership of all project management related processes
  • Leading the project management support teams (project coordinators, improvement projects leaders and Agile consultant team)
  • Supporting the engineering projects in PM related issues
  • Supporting project management related audits and assessments
  • Implementing continuous improvements in the PM area based on internal needs, latest state- of-the-art trends and following recent releases of the automotive standards
  • Training and professional evaluation of all PMs
  • Support the agile development in the organization
  • Defining a PM development program to grow internal PM candidates
