Head of Property Claims

AmTrust International are seeking a Head of Property Claims, to join our team based across both our London and Nottingham office.
This Senior claims leadership role is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Property Claims function, including in-house direct claims as well as those handled externally.
Working closely with other departments across the buisness to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement, this roles main focus will be on developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient handling of property claims, including but not limited to maintaining a high level of customer service, technical best practice, compliance, and expense control.
Successful candidates will have extensive technical experitise across both commercial and residential Property claims, proven team management experience including leading through change and in a continuous improvement environment and be able to demonstrate executive level leadership and communication skills.
